All orders placed for Bound By Fate will be sent out 1-4 weeks after the order is placed. Please follow our Twitter or Email us for the most up-to-date information on shipping. 

Moderators are not liable for any damage that might occur to your package during shipping.

Since we have limited stock for leftovers, we cannot offer replacements unless we have said items available. If your items are missing or come damaged due to our mod team, you are eligible for a refund for said items. 

We will not be collecting VAT (Value Added Tax), which means that EU buyers will be liable for any customs charges that may occur. We will not be providing refunds for undelivered items that are a result of failure to pay customs charges. EU packages will all be marked as gifts and all international packages will be marked with the lowest possible cost declarations.

All packages will be shipped from the US.

We are unable to ship to the following countries at this time (if you buy a bundle to be shipped there, we will refund you and consider the order canceled): Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Yemen.
