As Bound By Fate is currently in preorders, the actual products will not be produced until after sales have closed and production delays may occur depending on the manufacturers' situations. Please follow our Twitter or Email us for the most up-to-date information on production. 

Moderators are not liable for any damage that might occur to your package during shipping.

We will not be collecting VAT (Value Added Tax), which means that EU buyers will be liable for any customs charges that may occur. We will not be providing refunds for undelivered items that are a result of failure to pay customs charges. EU packages will all be marked as gifts and all international packages will be marked with the lowest possible cost declarations.

All packages will be shipped from the US.

We are unable to ship to the following countries at this time (if you buy a bundle to be shipped there, we will refund you and consider the order canceled): Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Yemen.
